Runs smoothly and the hydraulic lift is responsive. We use the 1.5 ton configuration for loading steel pipes onto our flatbed and it manages just fine. My only minor gripe is the manual could show clearer torque specs for the mounting bolts. Otherwise very satisfied.

This is a smart solution for businesses that can't justify a full forklift. The electric motor is quiet and doesn't fume up the truck interior. I'd say the learning curve for first-time operators is about half a day. After that it's straightforward. Build quality is noticeably better than a cheaper brand I tried previously.
