The lift table itself is well built and the hydraulic cylinder is powerful. We went with the 500kg capacity and it handles our pallets without any strain. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the assembly manual was a bit confusing — took us an extra hour to figure out the caster locking mechanism. Once set up though, runs perfectly.

My team uses this scissor lift multiple times a day and it hasn't let us down. One-touch lifting and the emergency stop give a good sense of safety. Deducting one star because the charging cable feels a bit flimsy — suggest upgrading that component.

We use this at our loading dock to bridge the height difference between the dock floor and truck beds. The lift height is just right and the explosion-proof motor is a plus for our environment. Delivery was well packaged and arrived without damage.

Compared to similar products from local suppliers, this is priced very competitively and the build quality is better than I expected. The thickened steel frame feels sturdy and the braked wheels lock firmly. Using it in a retail stockroom daily.

We've been using the 350kg version for about two months now in our small warehouse and it's been holding up really well. The scissor mechanism lifts smoothly and the control panel is simple enough that any of our staff can operate it without training. Battery lasts through a full shift easily. Very happy with this purchase.
